Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an organised and proactive Project / Office Coordinator for a luxury hotel and lodge group based in Franschhoek. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and is skilled at multitasking and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration:

Manage office supplies (stationery, groceries, etc.)

Ensure the office has electricity on the meters

Manage ad-hoc boardroom bookings

Organise office lunch for the team once a week

Greet and assist visitors to the office

Supporting the Owner:

Book flights for the owner and her children

Assist with personal errands as needed

Join meetings as required and take notes

Manage ad-hoc tasks assigned by the owner

Supporting the Heads of Department (HODs):

Book flights for the team

Update content on various platforms

Manage the purchasing of company-branded gifts

Conduct research and comparisons on competitors

Organise meetings and manage data in company systems

Assisting with Projects / Events:

Manage gifting for events (sourcing items from warehouses/shops)

Source venues for events and make bookings

Ensure payments are made in time for events

Manage RSVP lists for events

Keep track of budgets

Key Strengths Needed:

Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills

High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving ability

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively

Adaptability to changing project requirements and office dynamics

Excellent communication, providing regular updates on task progress

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality

A valid driving licence and reliable transportation are essential

Working Hours:

This is a full-time position with expected working hours from 08:00 to 17:00
, Monday to Friday, at the Franschhoek office.
