Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of residential development projects, from town planning to final handover.
- Oversee project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Collaborate with external professional teams and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth progress and quick resolution of issues.
- Monitor project performance, manage risks, and produce detailed reports and documentation.
- Maintain strong site presence to guide, support, and oversee project delivery on the ground.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5 years’ experience in project management specifically management of large-scale developments.
- A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, or Civil Engineering.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work well within a team and independently.
- Interest in project management and the development industry.
