Project Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and executing initiatives across the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to project coordination, focusing on driving efficiency and ensuring successful outcomes. In addition, the Project Manager will act as a Key Account Administrator, coordinating key client initiatives and internal company projects while serving as an administrative support resource to the senior management team.
Duties:
Lead Improvement Projects: Manage and oversee multiple internal and external projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Key Account Administration: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the senior management team, including coordinating travel arrangements, managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling other administrative tasks as required to ensure smooth operations and effective time management.
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, HR, etc.) to align improvement efforts with business goals. Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to ensure understanding and buy-in for process changes.
Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze data to support improvement initiatives and measure progress. Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and adjust strategies where necessary.
Change Management: Lead change management efforts by creating clear communication plans and providing training to staff on new processes or systems. Foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of improvement initiatives, including goals, actions taken, and results. Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on project status, results, and future opportunities.
Education &
Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent professional experience in managing projects and coordinating key client and internal initiatives.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management or coordinating key client and internal initiatives. Proven Track Record:
Demonstrated success in managing complex projects, meeting deadlines, and delivering measurable outcomes for clients and internal stakeholders.
Work Environment: Comfortable working in a warehousing or operations environment, with the ability to adapt to on-site challenges and dynamic conditions.
