Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate and manage all aspects of solar energy projects, from site selection to commissioning.
Team Leadership

Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors. Foster a
collaborative

. Client
Communication
:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear
communication
and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Address client concerns and provide regular project updates.
Regulatory Compliance
:
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and permits. Stay updated on industry standards and best practices.
Quality Assurance
:
Implement and maintain
quality control
processes to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solar projects. Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues to prevent project delays.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering,
Project Management
, or a related field. Proven experience in solar
project management
. Strong understanding of solar energy systems and technologies. Excellent
