About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to lead the development and launch of innovative eyewear products. In this role, you’ll oversee the entire product lifecycle—from initial concept through production—ensuring each product aligns with brand vision, meets quality standards, and responds to current market trends. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in product or project management within the eyewear, fashion accessories, or consumer goods industry, along with excellent organizational and cross-functional communication skills.
Key
Responsibilities
Lead Product Development: Manage the end-to-end development of new eyewear products, working closely with design, engineering, and manufacturing teams to turn concepts into successful market-ready products.
Project Planning & Execution: Build and execute detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the key liaison between internal departments (design, marketing, operations) and external partners (vendors, manufacturers), ensuring smooth communication and execution throughout the product development lifecycle.
Market & Trend Analysis: Conduct and integrate market research to inform design direction and positioning strategies, keeping products competitive and relevant.
Quality Assurance Oversight: Define and maintain high-quality standards across all products. Coordinate testing, compliance, and manufacturing quality control processes to meet regulatory and customer expectations.
Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks and roadblocks and implement mitigation plans to maintain timelines and quality benchmarks.
Reporting & Documentation: Keep meticulous records of project progress, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and track key performance metrics for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project or product management experience, ideally in eyewear, fashion accessories, or consumer goods industries.
Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders across departments and time zones.
Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of eyewear design, materials, development workflows, and manufacturing processes.
Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and share information clearly and concisely.
Tools & Tech: Proficiency in project management tools such as , Asana, or Trello.
Problem Solver: Analytical thinker with a solution-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
