About the Role
As the Senior Project Manager, you will:
Lead high-impact construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic goals.
Collaborate directly with Directors and senior leadership, gaining exposure to high-level decision-making and business strategy.
Drive innovation, implement best practices, and deliver projects that set new standards in the industry.
Mentor and lead small teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
Oversee and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Act as a key liaison between stakeholders, including Directors, contractors, and internal teams.
Drive commercial and operational excellence, leveraging your strong business acumen to deliver results.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation to enhance project outcomes.
Key Requirements
A tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
5 years of hands-onproject management experience in the construction sector.
Proven experience managing projects from inception to final delivery.
Project Management certification is highly advantageous.
Strong leadership skills with experience in leading and mentoring small teams.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Revit, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
A valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.
