The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
Contribute to tender request for proposal (RFP) technical requirements incollaborationwith the Bid Office
Design and develop system and network technical requirements, designs, and technologies
Create comprehensive project plans, including timelines,resource allocation, and budgets
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Act as the primary point of contact for project/installation team members regarding project activities
Oversee and manage projects through their entire lifecycle, from inception to completion
Quantify material requirements and coordinate with suppliers to meet project needs
Ensure projects meet the scope, quality, and cost requirements
Manage project risks and identify opportunities to fast-track project activities and achieve cost savings
Ensure deliverables are completed, approved by stakeholders and properly documented
Escalate and resolve project challenges promptly to maintain progress
Manage project resources and ensure effective use of materials
Update relevant stakeholders and team members on the project progress
Lead, manage, and motivate team members to achieve project objectives
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and monitor progress
Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Strong business acumen in project planning and management
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
