Job Description
We are seeking an experienced andresults-drivenProject Manager tojoin ourdynamicteamin the gambling sector. The ideal candidate will excel in delivering complex projects involving multiple engineering teams and disciplines withinfast-paced, Agile environments. Experience in the gambling or gaming industry is highly desirable, as this role requires a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the sector.
Project Planning and Execution:
Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, andresource allocation.
Coordinate withcross-functional teamsto deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate withsenior leadership, technical teams, and external stakeholders to define and achieve project objectives.
Communicate project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies clearly and effectively.
Agile DeliveryLeadership:
Lead and oversee project delivery in Agile environments, ensuring efficient sprints and ceremonies.
Foster a culture ofcontinuous improvementwithin teams and processes.
Risk and Issue Management:
Identify, assess, and address potential risks proactively to minimize impact.
Manage project challenges effectively, ensuring swift resolution of issues.
Budget andResource Management:
Maintain control of project budgets, ensuring financial targets align with business objectives.
Optimizeresource allocationacross multiple engineering teams and disciplines.
Performance Monitoring:
Track and report on project performance using industry-standard tools and metrics.
Drive post-project reviews, incorporating lessons learned into future projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Product Management, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
Extensive experience in managing technology platforms and enterprise-level data projects, ideally in a complex business environment.
Strong understanding of data architecture, data management practices, and product management.
Proven experience managing complex,multidisciplinaryprojects infast-paced, Agile environments.
Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate multiple engineering teams, including software, hardware, and operations disciplines.
Strong knowledge ofproject managementmethodologies, tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project), and best practices.
Experience with in the gambling or gaming industry is highly desirable.
Excellentcommunication, interpersonal, andleadershipskills.
