Roles and Responsibilities
Job Purpose:
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within scope, timeline, and budget while ensuring alignment with company objectives. This includes coordinating resources, managing stakeholders, and mitigating risks to achieve successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in
collaboration
with stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets. Assign tasks, manage resources, and oversee project execution. Monitor project progress, track milestones, and adjust plans as necessary. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Maintain clear
communication
with all stakeholders. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
Experience in technical projects, particularly within the telecommunications/ICT industry, is essential. A technical qualification is a strong advantage.
