About the Opportunity
Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a fast-growing market research business specialising in online research projects.
Working with research agencies and end clients, the business delivers projects spanning survey scripting, sample collection, data delivery, proprietary panels and online communities.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who enjoys managing multiple moving parts, solving problems and ensuring projects are delivered smoothly, accurately and commercially.
You’ll work closely with clients and internal sales and scripting teams, taking responsibility for projects from kick-off through to final delivery.
You’ll have genuine autonomy and responsibility, proactively identifying risks, making decisions and maintaining a close eye on project costs and margins.
If you enjoy a fast-paced environment where client service, commercial awareness and flawless project delivery genuinely matter, this could be a fantastic opportunity.
Purpose of the Role
As Project Manager, you’ll own the successful delivery of online market research projects, ensuring they are completed on time, to a high standard and with strong commercial awareness.
You’ll be a key point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, keeping them informed, anticipating challenges and proactively finding solutions.
You’ll also work closely with sales and scripting teams to ensure projects transition smoothly from proposal through execution and delivery.

Why Join?
This is an opportunity to join a small, ambitious and growing business where your contribution will be visible and genuinely matter.
You’ll have the autonomy to own your projects, build meaningful client relationships and work closely with different areas of the business rather than operating within a narrow project management function.
For someone who enjoys combining project delivery, problem-solving, client relationships and commercial thinking, this offers the chance to play an important role in the next stage of the company’s growth.
If you’re an experienced Project Manager who takes pride in delivering excellent work, enjoys working directly with clients and thrives in a fast-moving environment, we’d love to hear from you.
