My client is looking for a highly skilled Projects Supervisor, who is excellent at
problem-solving
, is very detail-oriented, to manage and oversee a variety of key projects. The role will primarily focus on yellow fleet projects, product sourcing and delivery, and construction services .
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team to deliver projects from initiation to completion. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards . Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure efficient use of resources. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery. Handle project documentation, schedules, and budgets efficiently. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout all projects.
Regularly report on project progress to
senior management
.
The Ideal Candidate
:
Proven experience in
project management
, particularly in fleet management, construction, or product sourcing . Experience in tenders and experience in quotations . Strong
problem-solving
and decision-making abilities. Excellent
leadership
skills with experience in managing high-performing teams . Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on quality. Detail-oriented with a focus on organization and timely project completion .
Strong communication skills
for coordination with team members and stakeholders.
Valid driver’s license required . Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, and Project) is essential . Proficient in English and Sesotho . IMPORTANT:
