Role And Responsibilities
Define the client’s process flow.
Interface with all project stakeholders to take projects from original concept through to final implementation.
Ensure that the project delivers the as-sold solution, remains within baseline budget, and is delivered on time while achieving quality criteria and maintainingclient satisfaction.
Manageclient satisfaction, commitment, and expectations to high service levels and manage escalations adequately.
Manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that client requirements are met, timelines are adhered to, and deliverables are achieved.
Ensure effective project planning, stakeholder management, team coordination, risk mitigation, andquality assurance.
Coach and support project team members with tasks assigned to them.
Setup and configure Fusion Software’s application platforms.
Provide training to clients on Fusion Software systems.
Potential travel to clients within the country if required.

Required Experience
Moderate levelproject managementexperience, preferably in a multinational professional services environment.
Moderate level client engagement experience.
Demonstrated understanding of the project life cycle.
Moderate level experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints.
Demonstrated business process mapping and documentation.
Advantages
1–3 years working experience in a software support or implementation environment.
Academic Qualifications And Certifications
Project Managementdegree or equivalent with a moderate level of related experience.
Salary Range:
R20,000 – R35,000
