Responsibilities:
Connect with overseas energy storage customers, build good relationships, identify needs, and explore high-value potential project opportunities.
Assist account PM in coordinating and preparing critical meetings, and addressing highlight issues at the customer side.
Enhance coordination and service for multiple contact windows of customers, strengthening management of face-to-face communication.
Coordinate internal resources, sales team, and development team with account PMs to assess qualifications and customer engagement.
Coordinate onsite colleagues from other departments, like SC and AMD, to ensure reasonable progress of commissioning and after-sales tasks of ESS projects, resolving issues across multiple departments.
Establish program teams, initiate programs, lead teams to deliver, and manage program aspects such as schedule, quality, cost, and risk.
Manage the onsite PM team, providing proper training to enhance the capability of team members.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in PM.
Familiarity with ESS project business models and development; preference for candidates with over 2 years of experience in electric power/utility, ESS, or Li-ion battery.
Strong communication skills, logical thinking, and capability in data analysis and report writing.
Overseas working experience is preferred.
Proactive, aiming for higher standards, and committed to responsibilities.
