About the Role Our Client is seeking a dedicated Project Management Administrator to join their team in Cape Town. As the Project Management Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Project Manager and key stakeholders and ensuring the smooth execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Administration, Administration and Support, Office Administration, Governance & Compliance
- Assist the Project Manager in project planning and coordination
- Generate reports and maintain project documentation
- Coordinate project schedules and track project milestones
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders
Qualifications and Skills required – The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role within the Financial Services sector.
– Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential for this role.
– Excellent communication skills and proficiency in project management tools are also required.
– Technical proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Power BI, Jira, etc.
– AI assisted reporting, documentation and scheduling experience
