We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Lead to oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
Lead technical and non-technical project teams, assigning tasks and tracking progress.
Identify and resolve project risks, roadblocks, and scope changes.
Ensure effective communication between teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
Manage project governance, ensuring alignment with company and industry standards.
Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or a related field.
5 years of experience in project management (Agile certification is a plus).
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, especially in environments.
Expertise in project management tools (Zoho Project, Zoho Sprint).
Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Dev Ops frameworks.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects and prioritize effectively.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
3-5 years of practical on-the-job experience administering an ERP system.
Experience with ERP Systems advantageous.
Experience in report writers, SQL, workflow, and UML modeling advantageous.
Must have experience managing projects, setting up, and deployment of information systems.
Experience in Microsoft 365 products and Business reporting Tools/Solutions will be advantageous.
