My client in the Automotive industry in Silverton Pretoria is looking for a Project Engineer from the Automotive Industry to assist with the scheduling, planning, forecasting, resourcing and managing technical activities to ensure project accuracy and quality.
Only applicants from the Automotive Industry will be considered.
Minimum requirements:
BEng/BTech (Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electronic, Electrical) or equivalent
Project Management Certification – Advantageous
2 – 5 years’ Automotive experience
Six Sigma Green Belt – Advantageous
Basic problem solving Certification – 8D / 5
Why
Responsible for the engineering and technical disciplines of ongoing projects and will establish inspection criteria for the proper implementation of all the elements of a project
Project Planning – Advantageous
Proven ability to solve problems creatively
Strong familiarity with Project Management Software tools, Methodologies and best practices
Experience seeing projects through the full cycle
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget and timeline
