Role Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for planning, orchestrating, and driving the implementation of key projects that enhance service quality and deliver transformative outcomes across Africa.
You will work closely with Regional Operations Managers (ROMs) across the continent, ensuring the successful management of the project pipeline.
You will collaborate with external partners and internalcross-functional teamsto deliver best-in-class service solutions.
You will conduct post-rollout reviews and compile performance reports to ensure continuous product improvement.
Role Requirements:
A degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
A strong track record of managing projects in afast-paced, agile, and multicultural environment.
Prior experience working in the African market is required.
Knowledge of French would be an advantage.
Experience in the cross-border remittance, banking, or Fin Tech sectors.
Understanding of Compliance, Privacy, Legal, and Settlement considerations is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical andproblem-solving skills.
