Job Description
An exciting Fixed- Term opportunity has become available within TFG Store Development for a proactive, organised individual to join the Projects team. Allow your passion for retailing, confidence and motivation to add value in this dynamic division. We are looking for a Project Coordinator to ensure that all store-related projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Planning and monitoring all assigned projects within the Store Development
Responsible for all administrative requirements on assigned Projects
Ensuring that all Store Development projects administration functions are completed on time and within budget
Coordination of all vendors responsible for assigned Store Development project deliverables
Communication to, liaising with and managing internal stakeholders
Ensuring that all vendor work is completed
Ensuring that all relevant project documentation is provided
Processing all Store Development project billing
Updating of the Store Development project budget figures
Manage project risks, including the development of contingency plans
Coordination of required meetings, attendees and conference room booking
Qualifications And Experience
Matric/ a relevant tertiary qualification (preferred)
Must have a minimum of 3 years relevant project administrative or co-ordinator work experience
An intermediate to advanced level of experience in Microsoft Excel
Experience with SAP
