Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement projects.

Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Define tasks and required resources.

Collect and manage project team.

Manage project budget.

Allocate project resources.

Create a project schedule and timeline.

Support and direct team.

Lead quality assurance.

Report on the project status.

Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problem and solutions.

Implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project deliverables.

Evaluate and assess the result of the project. 

Accountabilities:

Reviewing site program.

Hand over with sales.

Site visit and drawings.

Allocate suitable subcontractor for the job.

Check costs to ensure budget is not exceeded.

SIR to be sent through to workshop for manufacturing.

Form approval of drawings and lead times

Attend meeting and site visits on project duration.

Roof inspections and installation sign offs with sub-contractor.

Completing WIP document.

Site visits compile reports and send them through to appointee to raise any issue on hand via email.

Direct discussions with HOD and Workshop Manger.

Hand over with the client and main contractor.
