Job Description

Main Purpose of Role

This position will mainly be responsible for assisting with the project and office administration tasks/roles.

Key responsibilities will include but not limited to;

Provide administrative support to the PM & CM teams

Liaise with the project stakeholders during all design and construction stages and ensure internal systems reflect status of the project.

Assist project managers with preparation of project progress reports

Assist project management team with closing out project activities following completion of deliverables

Assist with document control for the various projects

Assist in monitoring and execution of corporate governance

Manage and incoming and outgoing emails and phone calls accordingly

Assist with BMS, tasks

Coordinate with suppliers for products/services, quotes and delivery, and track the use of office supplies

Health & safety – maintain a record of any incidents/H&S issues in conjunction with the SHE representative.

Assist in event planning and coordination

Assist in the logistics arrangements for the staff and any guests

Assist in settling the new employees upon joining

Qualifications

Relevant qualification in Business administration (preferably at degree level)

3 or more years of experience in office administration

Skillset Requirements

Organisational, administrative and time management skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

Attention to details

Ability to meet deadlines

Problem solving and decision making abilities

IT proficiency

People skills
