We’re currently hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional programs that align product, engineering, and business operations to deliver real impact.
What You’ll Do
As a Senior Program Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering strategic initiatives across our global teams. You’ll ensure programs are delivered on time, on scope, and with measurable outcomes—empowering innovation in how we deliver evidence generation solutions.
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex programs across Product, Engineering, and Operations
Develop program plans, track dependencies, and manage risks to delivery
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align priorities and resolve challenges
Provide regular updates on program health and performance to executive sponsors
Contribute to program management best practices and mentor teams on delivery excellence
What You Bring
We’re looking for a highly organized and results-oriented professional who can navigate complexity, build strong relationships, and keep teams focused on outcomes.
8+ years of program management experience in software development or product delivery
Proven success in managing multi-functional initiatives with global teams
Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related discipline
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, or similar
