Qualifications:
BEng in Engineering
Tertiary qualification in Project Management
Minimum of 15 years experience in military engineering, high tech, or defense industry
Proven experience managing multiple projects throughout their lifecycle
Responsibilities:
Oversee successful delivery of various projects and project managers
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Develop and maintain project management plans
Ensure contractual requirements are met efficiently across the project lifecycle
Skills and Attributes:
Extensive experience in engineering development, production, and product support project management
Strategic operational planning skills
Proposal drafting and leadership capabilities
Ability to work in fast-paced environments
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills
