POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities
Liaise with team members and contractors
Compilation of Reports & Technical Specifications
Interaction with Clients and interfacing with multi-disciplinary teams
Desired Experience & Qualification
Key Requirements
Must have
B. Eng or BSc. Eng degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
Registration as a Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng) with ECSA is essential
5-6+ years’ post qualification experience in civil engineering essential
Design experience in building services – Must have experience in the design of bulk earthworks, streets, stormwater, water reticulation and sewer networks, pump stations, etc. for Township developments.
The successful candidate must be well versed in Civil Engineering design packages
Must also be proficient in Word and Excel
Valid Driver’s License, own transport and prepared to travel, work on construction sites
Must be Cape Town based or prepared to relocate to Cape Town
Candidates must be medically fit and able to visit and work on construction sites
