Join our Tax Legal Division and provide strategic support to the Associate Director and senior leadership of South Africa’s largest independent tax practice. We’re looking for someone who thrives under pressure, anticipates what’s needed before it’s asked, and takes full ownership of getting things done
Key Requirements
- A Diploma or Degree in a related field will be advantageous
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and executive support to senior management and directors
- Manage and prioritise inboxes, calendars, appointments, and daily task lists efficiently
- Draft, review, and professionally format reports, presentations, proposals, and meeting minutes
- Coordinate meetings, events, travel arrangements, and project timelines with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain clear and professional communication across internal teams and with external stakeholders
- Ensure structure, consistency, and precision in all administrative workflows
- Liaise directly with clients to schedule consultations on behalf of the Associate Director, ensuring seamless coordination and client satisfaction
- Keep all client trackers and internal administrative systems up to date, accurate, and audit-ready
- Provide a client-centric approach in all interactions, fostering strong, professional relationships
- Monitor and manage office supply needs, including sourcing, ordering, and stock control
