Job Details:
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Summary:
Under general supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing as part of a team, ensuring quality work at a fast and consistent pace.
Responsibilities:
Perform manual labor in assigned areas
Keep work area neat and clean
Read and use a tape measure
Read blueprints and orders
Communicate effectively with coworkers
Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools
Qualifications:
Less than high school education or up to one month of related experience/training, or equivalent combination
Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing preferred
Physical Demands:
Must be able to stand regularly, handle and feel with hands, reach, talk, hear, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds frequently and over 100 pounds occasionally. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception.
