Just in Time has immediate production openings in Conneaut on multiple shifts, but a bigger focus will be on 2nd. These roles will require some lifting and are NON FIBERGLASS.
Duties
- Production & Assembly: Assembling parts or products by hand or using power tools.
- Machine Operation: Operating and maintaining production line equipment, including conveyors or robotics.
- Quality Control: Monitoring products for defects and conducting tests to ensure they meet quality/safety standards.
- Safety & Maintenance: Adhering strictly to safety protocols, keeping the workspace clean, and reporting equipment issues to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
