Manufacturing Technician 1 Compensation: pay $18-20 per hour; benefits after 90 days; 401(k) match after 1 year (eligibility dates)
Manufacturing Technician 1 Highlights: contract w/ potential perm based on attendance/performance/business needs; required availability: Day shift – Sun/Mon/Tues + alternating Wed, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM (12-hr shifts); may transition to nights
Manufacturing Technician 1 Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment and ensure quality output
- Maintain production efficiencies; log equipment when needed; communicate issues to appropriate personnel
- Support a safe work environment by following safety procedures and promptly reporting hazards
- Monitor/respond to SPC charts; respond to failed tool qualifications; process engineering targets/tests
- Collect data, disposition lots, troubleshoot tool errors, and support tool recovery
- Use computer-based programs/applications to complete daily duties
- Organize workstations and maintain 6S standards
- Complete required training/certifications; provide clear pass down between shifts
- Seek/provide feedback and suggest improvements to quality, safety, and performance
Manufacturing Technician 1 Requirements: High School Diploma/GED; attendance mandatory first 90 days
- 1 year of related experience in a production/manufacturing environment
- Ability to follow process specs/procedures and work safely (including proper lifting/ergonomics)
Manufacturing Technician 1 Preferred Qualifications
- Semiconductor industry experience
- Prior experience in a FAB organization and/or CNC-related environment
