Job Overview
The Production Utility Associate performs a variety of hands-on manufacturing tasks, including operating production equipment, preparing and cleaning parts, applying glue, paint, epoxy, and coatings, and performing basic assembly and finishing work. The role also involves mixing materials, making basic equipment adjustments, inspecting finished products for quality, and maintaining clean and organized work areas while following all company safety, quality, and production requirements.
Duties
- Read and follow work orders and production instructions.
- Operate production equipment and machinery.
- Prepare, clean, and load parts for production.
- Apply glue, paint, epoxy, coatings, and other materials as required.
- Perform basic assembly, sanding, grinding, polishing, and finishing tasks.
- Mix materials according to specifications.
- Inspect finished parts for quality and proper workmanship.
- Make basic machine or tool adjustments as needed.
- Clean and maintain equipment, tools, and work areas.
- Follow all company quality, safety, and production requirements.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Excellent eye and hand coordination
- Reliable & punctual attendance
