We are currently seeking a full-time production support team member! This role will support our production team, with the making & packaging of products all the way through shipment, along with other assigned warehouse duties.
Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am to 4pm.
Job Duties:
Label, package and prepare goods
Assist with production of baked goods; mixing, stamping, baking
Move materials or completed products and packages to established locations
Preparing and packaging products for shipment
Working in a fast-paced environment
Inspecting the quality of packaged goods
Warehouse & Machinery cleaning
Skills Needed:
Physical ability to complete job duties, which may include standing for long periods, working in a space that lacks climate control or lifting objects with an established maximum weight
Ability to follow directions accurately
Attention to detail and organization skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Time management skills
Good technical and mechanical skills
Quick learner – On the job training will be provided
Ability to move and transition large hot baking pans to racks
Ability to stand, walk, sit, and kneel daily in retail and production environments that include concrete or other hard-surface floor
Ability to push, pull and carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to maintain focus and memory in environments with distractions such as heavy foot traffic, background noise due to public conversations and the gathering of people, etc.
Absent conditions that would prevent the occasional use of PPE such as safety glasses, masks, etc.
