VACANCY: PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR FACILITATOR
Location: Midrand
Job type: Contract
Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor Facilitator to manage daily production operations while also facilitating skills development and training for production staff and learners. The ideal candidate must have a strong production background combined with facilitation or training experience, especially in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to production learners.
· Facilitate accredited training programmes aligned with production processes and standards.
· Assess learner performance and compile reports for training progress.
· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards in the production environment.
· Liaise with HR, training providers, and SETAs to ensure training and production objectives are aligned.
Requirements:
· Grade 12 / Matric.
· Relevant qualification in Operations/ Technical Industry or related field.
· Facilitator Certificate (MerSETA accredited).
· Assessor and/or Moderator qualifications are advantageous.
· Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in an operational/ technical capacity in a production operation.
· Good knowledge of SETA and learnership processes (if applicable).
