Cross Culture Promotions is looking for a highly organised, energetic people-person to join our team as a Sales & Production Administrator.
Preferably based in the fourways or surrounding area.
If you enjoy working with people, coordinating projects, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Coordinate suppliers, artwork approvals, production, and deliveries.
• Track projects from enquiry to completion.
• Assist with product sourcing and quoting
• Maintain orders on the CRM.
• Manage adhock packing staff
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Strong organisational and administration skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiating skill
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• A proactive, positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
Industry experience in promotional products, branding, print, marketing, or events is advantageous.
