Our client in the steel services industry is seeking a Production Planning Controller to join them in Alberton. The successful incumbent will do overall supervision of the planners scheduling jobs and liaising with Manufacturing and Sales to ensure speedy delivery of products.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Managing Planning Team
Scheduling of planned jobs
Monitor production lead times
Ensuring planners process the correct stock to meet customer requirements
Planning KPIs
Minimum qualifications and experience:
Senior certificate (minimum)
Min 5 years experience in Planning field
Preferably steel service center experience
Good communication Skills
