WE ARE HIRING – PRODUCTION OPERATOR
📍 Greylingstad, Mpumalanga (near Witbank)
An international industrial manufacturing operation is looking for a Production Operator to join their production team.
We are looking for hands-on candidates with experience working in manufacturing, processing plants, production environments, biomass plants, utilities, or industrial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and control production processes to ensure efficiency and quality
• Monitor and operate equipment
• Support the safe running of production lines
• Complete production checks and documentation
• Perform cleaning and housekeeping duties according to schedules
• Report safety concerns and operational issues
• Ensure products are produced accurately and on time
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, plant, or industrial environment
• Qualified engineer is highly advantageous
• Strong awareness of health and safety procedures
• Ability to work shifts and in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with SCADA systems advantageous
• Hands-on, reliable, and proactive attitude
12-hour rotating shifts (day & night shifts)
