Requirements Include:
• Diploma (NQF Level
6) Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering (Essential)
•
B.Eng or
B.Tech (NQF Level
7) Metallurgical, Chemical or Process Engineering (Recommended)
• Post Graduate qualification MBA;
Management or related (Recommended)
• Minimum 10 – 15 Years’ of ferro-alloy production experience of which 5 years must have been in a managerial role
