About the job
We are a well-established manufacturing business in the southern suburbs looking for a motivated and hands-on individual to lead our aluminium department in the manufacture of doors and windows to the boat building industry and construction industry.
This is an excellent opportunity for a younger candidate with strong potential, leadership ability, and a desire to grow into a key role within the company.
What you’ll be doing:
• Managing orders from start to finish
• Leading and supervising a small team
• Liaising with suppliers
• Visiting customers on site when required
• Working closely with management to ensure smooth operations
Minimum requirements:
✔ Matric with Mathematics
✔ Valid driver’s licence
✔ Strong communication and people skills
✔ Energetic, outgoing personality
✔ You must be based in the Southern Suburbs
Advantageous (not essential):
• Aluminium industry experience
• CNC programming exposure (training provided)
• Previous team leadership experience
