Westfalia Fruit Estate, situated in Western Cape, Klapmuts has a vacancy for a suitably qualified and experienced: Production Manager
Requirements
Purpose of the role:
To manage and oversee daily production operations within the fruit processing and packing facility, ensuring the efficient and safe delivery of products on time, in full, and to the required quality standards. The role focuses on optimizing productivity, reducing operational costs and waste, enforcing health & safety compliance, and achieving OTIF targets.

Production procedures and protocol
Housekeeping
Maintenance & health and safety
Quality control
Supply chain management
Education:
3 year post matric qualification in Operations Management/Production planning/relevant Agricultural qualification
Experience:
At least 5 years’ experience in production within the FMCG industry essential
3 + years in management role essential
Knowledge of food safety standards such as HACCP & BRC essential
Sound working knowledge of ERP system, i.e. D365
Fully computer literate MS Office, PowerPoint
Knowledge of productivity and performance management
Experience in production planning
