Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage daily scouring production activities to meet output and quality targets
Oversee resource allocation, timelines, and budget adherence
Monitor production performance and implement process improvements
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations
Lead, mentor, and manage production teams for optimal productivity
Maintain accurate records and production reports
Requirements:
Proven experience in production management, preferably in textile or manufacturing environments
Strong knowledge of industrial scouring processes and production workflows
