Job Overview
We are currently hiring experienced Machine Operators for a fast-paced food manufacturing facility. This is a key position within the production team and requires previous food & beverage manufacturing experience. Candidates must be experienced operating production and packaging equipment while maintaining GMP and food safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor food production and packaging machinery
- Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot equipment as needed
- Ensure products meet quality and safety standards
- Follow GMP, HACCP, and company safety procedures
- Maintain production efficiency and minimize downtime
- Complete production documentation accurately
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Communicate equipment issues to maintenance and supervisors
Required Experience
- Previous food & beverage manufacturing experience required
- Experience operating the following equipment preferred:
- Automatic bowl sealing machines
- ADCO cartoners
- Auto-load cartoners
- Flow wrap machines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
