Booksite (Pty) Ltd is looking for a Production Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Bellville, Western Cape. You will be responsible for ensuring our warehouse and production activities run smoothly, efficiently, and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and plan daily production schedules.
Ensure timely availability of materials for production.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and audits.
Liaise between warehouse, production, and other departments.
Supervise and support warehouse and production staff.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Track and resolve production or logistical issues.
Prepare regular reports on production and inventory performance.
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of experience in production or warehouse coordination (distribution environment preferred).
Strong planning, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse systems (WMS).
MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
Diploma or Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
Recent Industrial Engineering graduates are welcome to apply!
Forklift license/certification (advantageous).
Physically fit and able to work in a warehouse environment.
