Positions: Forklift, Packaging & Production Associates
Shifts: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift Opportunities
Location: Carrollton, KY
Pay: Competitive pay based on position and experience
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, or material-handling experience is a plus.
- Forklift experience is a plus for applicable positions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move materials throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, depending on the assignment.
- Reliable attendance and a dependable work ethic.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and production instructions.
- Willingness to learn and cross-train in different areas.
- Ability to work overtime and varying shifts as needed.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Operate production equipment after training.
- Assist with packaging, filling, sealing, and preparing products.
- Load, unload, move, and stage materials as assigned.
- Perform quality checks and follow production requirements.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Sweep, shovel, and perform general housekeeping duties.
- Work in indoor, outdoor, dusty, and fast-paced environments.
- Assist other departments and perform additional duties as needed.
- Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions.
