Our client is seeking an experienced Product Support to join the Kempton Park, Johannesburg team
· Offer technical support, breakdown assistance, and updated service related offerings to branches and dealers
· Compile technical training plans and drive the completion of the training plan according to a monthly schedule
· Generate and submit technical reports for warranty claims
· Compile quotes
· Job card planning with mechanics
· Sales of labour hours, spares and outwork to meet budget requirements
Requirements
· Grade 12
· Mechanical Trade Test in related field
· Minimum 3 – 5 years technical / mechanical knowledge in the earthmoving equipment industry
· Valid driver’s license
