This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys tackling challenges head-on, and wants to be part of a mission-driven business focused on financial inclusion across Africa.
What You’ll Do:
Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy.
Gather and translate business needs into clear product requirements.
Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation through delivery.
Work cross-functionally with tech teams, stakeholders, and users.
Use data and market insights to drive continuous product improvement.
Own key product decisions and prioritization.
Support adoption and ensure customer experience is at the heart of the product.
What You Bring:
5+ years in software product roles, preferably in financial services.
Solid experience with stakeholder engagement, UX, and agile delivery.
Proficiency in SQL and working with data-driven products.
Experience with SAP is a strong requirement.
A problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
A passion for building tools that solve real-world problems.
Willingness to travel across Africa to engage with teams and markets.
