As a Volunteer Growth/Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and improvement of Friendn Pal’s platform. This volunteer position provides anexcitingopportunity to contribute to the strategic development and expansion of a mental health app.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to increase user acquisition and engagement.
Collaborate with the tech team to enhance and optimize Friendn Pal’s features, ensuring user satisfaction.
Plan and implement marketing campaigns to raise awareness of Friendn Pal, targetingdiverseaudiences.
Collect and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement andinnovation.
Explore partnerships and collaborations to expand Friendn Pal’s reach and impact.
Utilize data analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and makedata-driven decisions.
Develop and execute the product strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Drive the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch.
Collaborate withcross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to define product requirements.
Advocate for a user-centric approach in product design and development.
Retention and Engagement:
Implement strategies to enhance user retention and engagement, including personalized user journeys, gamification, and loyalty programs.
Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through data analysis and market research.
Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the company’s strategic goals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in growth/product management.
Familiarity with mental health orwellnessindustry trends.
Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills.
