This role is key to ensuring that our product detail pages (PDPs) and overall content are optimized for exceptional customer experiences. Position Overview:
As a Product Manager, you’ll oversee the end-to-end management of product detail pages (PDPs), content management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards. You will work closely with engineering, marketing, and content teams to drive e-commerce goals, blending traditional product management with aspects of content and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Management: Develop and execute product roadmaps, collaborating with teams to define PDP features and functionality.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to set goals, define deliverables, and ensure timely execution.
Prioritization & Roadmap Planning: Prioritize product features based on business needs, customer feedback, and technical constraints, using data to drive decisions.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research and analyze market trends to inform product decisions and stay ahead of competitors.
Content & Asset Management: Oversee the creation and update of PDPs, ensuring content aligns with brand standards and is updated on time.
Project Coordination: Ensure alignment within the project management team, assign tasks, and track progress to meet deadlines for product launches and content updates.
CMS Management: Manage content updates and product launches through CMS tools (e.g., Shopify, Story block), ensuring proper display and organization.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement workflow improvements to enhance team collaboration and efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in product management with a proven track record of managing product life cycles from ideation to launch.
E-commerce experience preferred, but not required.
Familiarity with CMS tools (Shopify, Story block is a plus), and comfortable using product and project management tools.
Experience managing product content and assets, ensuring deadlines are met.
Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address challenges quickly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with product management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Agile).
Experience in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Prior experience with asset management and content workflow tools.
