The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Product Manager to help scale Nile’s platform. This is a foundational role working directly with the founders to shape the product strategy, roadmap, and user experience that will power social and agentic commerce for brands, creators, and consumers. You will help define how millions of customers discover and purchase products inside chat platforms. This role is ideal for someone who wants to own product in a high-growth startup and build something category-defining.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy
- Work closely with founders to shape the long-term product vision
- Prioritise features that drive adoption, engagement, and revenue
Product Development
- Translate ideas into product requirements and development plans
- Work closely with engineering to deliver high-quality product releases
- Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to launch
Agentic Commerce
- Help shape Nile’s AI shopping assistant capabilities
- Reduce friction in product discovery, checkout, and payments
- Ensure a seamless customer experience inside messaging platforms
- Continue to explore how AI agents can improve product discovery and decision-making
Data & Growth
- Define product metrics and track performance
- Run experiments to improve conversion and engagement
- Use insights to continuously improve the product experience
Who We're Looking For:
Experience
- 5–10+ years in Product Management
- Experience building consumer-facing platforms
- Experience working closely with engineering teams
- Experience delivering products from concept to launch
Strongly Preferred
Experience in the following will certainly be beneficial:
- Conversational UX
- Creator platforms
- Fintech/payments
