As the company scales, ensuring seamless product development, operational alignment, and cross-functional coordination is more critical than ever. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with the Chief Product Officer (CPO), supporting the execution of high-impact product initiatives while keeping internal operations running smoothly.
The Role
The Product & Operations Assistant will be the right hand to the CPO, providing operational support, managing workflows, and ensuring key projects stay on track.
You’ll be responsible for:
Manage the CPO’s calendar, meetings, travel, and key communications.
Prepare internal documents, presentation decks, and follow-ups to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
Coordinate across departments to ensure alignment on product development, marketing, and supply chain priorities.
Track product development timelines and proactively surface potential delays or blockers.
Gather and summarise customer feedback, competitor insights, and market research to support product decision-making.
Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and 3PLs regarding samples, production timelines, and logistics updates.
Help manage internal tools like Asana, Notion, or Monday.com to maintain real-time project progress visibility.
Assist in meeting preparation: pulling reports, drafting agendas, and documenting key action items.
Organise and track critical assets such as packaging files, translations, and product images.
Proactively identify and resolve small roadblocks to keep projects moving forward.
The Person
Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
Experienced in supporting senior executives in fast-moving, remote work environments.
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and shifting priorities with minimal oversight.
Familiar with e-commerce, product development, and supply chain processes.
Excellent communication skills across different stakeholders and time zones.
Proficient in tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Asana, and Shopify (or similar platforms)

Operational Support – Execute administrative and project-related tasks with precision and efficiency.
Cross-Functional Coordination – Ensure smooth collaboration across product, marketing, logistics, and supply chain teams.
