Main responsibilities:
Manage an active portfolio of supplier accounts (Gateways) GW
Develop and maintain customer relationships
Ensure effective customer service delivery and satisfaction
Route optimization management
Continuously look for new routes
Full management of the assigned territory, products available, route quality, and pricing
Working closely with other departments
Full contract management cycle
Sourcing for new suppliers/partners – worldwide
Serve as point of contact for all new suppliers
Manage agreement & contractual process
Develop and maintain customer relationships
Work with head of sales on connectivity strategy
Manage all new partner accounts
Create reporting and ensure the accuracy of all new gateway reports
Key requirements:
We consider candidates strictly with experience in telecommunications. We do not consider candidates from other areas.
Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a similar role, in international A2P messaging
Experience in preparing price proposals
Demonstrable success in managing supplier accounts and building strong customer relationships
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Hands-on experience in sales
Understanding of sales procurement metrics
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proven ability to handle multiple account management projects
Fluent in English
