Job Description:
1x Procurement Intern – Working along closely with Procurement Agents, assisting with various adhoc assignments related to sourcing, purchasing, supplier management, and data analysis in order to gain practical experience of the procurement function and support the procurement team.
1 x Shipping Intern – Working along with the logistics team ( shipping – export and import) assisting with the expediting of shipments. To assisting with managing, Invoices, rates , quotations and provisional payments.
1x Supply Chain Administration Intern – Working along with the shipping team, to learn and understand the administrative activities between Procurement and Logistics and support the teams with reporting requirements, by assisting with the adhoc functions in this team.
POST REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Qualification: B Com / B Tech / Advanced Diploma in Procurement or Logistics; Valid Driver’s License with driving experience;
Computer Literacy (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must;
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in English;
Broad Supply Chain experience in a manufacturing environment will be advantage;
Experience in working with SAP ERP system will be advantage;
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills;
Problem solving and analytical skills;
Planning and organizational skills – time management; and
This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
