Responsibilities
What we’re looking for:
Provide administrative support to the PGT Co-man/Packaging portfolio.
Assist with PGT: contracts & source list creation.
Support Selectica contracts and follow up with suppliers.
Support productivity projects follow-up and tracking.
Manage PGT: payment aging report, payment follow-up, and liaise with suppliers and payables.
Follow up on GRV with users where needed.
Generate spend analytics and daily material stock reports, flagging early out-of-stock issues.
Qualifications
What will qualify you for the role:
Matric or equivalent qualification.
Experience with SAP system.
Administration experience.
Analytical thinking skills.
Attention to detail.
