Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed financial analyses and create sophisticated financial models for investment evaluation.
Support the strategic assessment of mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and integration planning.
Collaborate withsenior leadershipto develop recommendations on capital raising, debt structuring, and long-term strategic direction.
Analyze data to forecast trends, supporting business decision-making in emerging markets.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience infinancial analysis, market research, or investment banking.
Expertise in private market analysis with a focus on emerging markets.
Preferred:
Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA).
Background in the onlineeducationand property sectors.
Skills:
Strong analytical andproblem-solvingcapabilities.
Advanced proficiency in financial modelling tools and analysis software.
